SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on ALL orders. Shipping within continental US only. Items are shipped from our showroom in Lutherville, MD directly to you. We use UPS as our post carrier and e-mail you the UPS tracking number. You can easily track and change your delivery status, however a signature will be required for delivery. Your item will not be left on your doorstep. Purchases are shipped within 10 days. The fur will be carefully packed flat in the appropriate sized box. The box may seem small but it is important that the fur not “roll around” in transit. Please save your box in case you need to make a return. No sales tax is due unless you live or intend to use the item you purchase in the state of Maryland.
No Hassle Return Policy:
Returning an item is easy. You may return any stock item for any reason for store credit only, no questions asked as long as you have it back to us within 7 days of the purchase date. Item must in the same condition as when we sent it to you. Please send it in the same box we sent it to you in. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser.
Items will not be accepted for returns if the item is in not in like condition and/or not received within 7 days of the purchase. Items that are made to measure are not returnable or exchange for any reason.

On items purchased from our shop over $500.00 we may require payment via certified funds. In this case we will not ship items until these funds have cleared our bank.
