All Sales Final

Because many of our products are unique, one-of-a-kind items, sales are generally final. Exceptions may be considered only in cases of shipping damage, shipment error, or where required by law.

Many products offered by Mano Swartz Furs are pre-owned, estate, vintage, or previously owned fur garments. Minor variations, signs of age, repair history, alterations, lining differences, monograms, or natural wear may be present and do not constitute defects.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the sale is final once the order is submitted.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on product availability, processing time, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Color and Product Variation

Because fur is a natural material, color, texture, markings, shading, and appearance may vary. Photos are provided for general representation only. The fur you receive may not look exactly the same as the photo shown online.

Sizing and Fit

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size before purchasing. Fit may vary by garment, style, and cut. Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or fit issues.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before purchasing with any questions regarding sizing, measurements, color, condition, or product details.

Order Acceptance and Availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Mano Swartz Furs reserves the right to cancel or decline any order due to inventory availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other business reasons. If we cancel an order before shipment, we will refund the amount paid.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipment

If an item arrives damaged in transit or the wrong item is shipped, Mano Swartz Furs will work with the customer to repair, replace, exchange, or otherwise resolve the issue as appropriate.

Legal Compliance

All products are sold in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of any fur product complies with the laws of their state or jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mano Swartz Furs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, use, or inability to use any product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Customer Agreement

By completing an online purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Online Purchase Policy.

Financing Agreement

Financing agreements are subject to the terms and conditions of the financing provider. Customers remain responsible for all financing obligations regardless of this purchase policy.
