Mano Swartz is the oldest furrier in America, dating all the way back to 1889 — the same year The Eiffel Tower was inaugurated.

The first store was in Baltimore, Maryland. In the 1950s, the company broke the color line for shopping the the same city. Today, Mano Swartz sells and buys furs throughout the country and is still family-owned and managed.
